Then if you're able to wrest your gaze away from the fabulous label to focus on actually consuming it, then you'll be met with bright lemony layers, passionfruit, basil and layers of fresh, grassy goodness. Borough is a very exciting fundraising initiative whereby all the ingredients needed to make the wine are donated by the industry and all profits (approximately $8 per bottle) are given directly to the Graeme Dingle Foundation Marlborough, for the purpose of empowering Marlborough’s young people to overcome life’s obstacles. Serve with mussel fritters."
