You won’t be disappointed when you try this wine - classic aromas and flavours of the variety with mango and grapefruit, apple and lemon, fresh herbs and a grassy stony mineral layer. Crisp, refreshing and dry on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose, plenty of acidity, a light saline note, fresh herbs and a balanced even finish. Best served with crunchy fresh seafood - such as steamed mussels or oysters, salad and fresh cheeses. Drink upon purchase and through 2022.
